Eggs are collected and delivered within days of being laid. Unlike supermarket eggs, which may be weeks old by the time they reach the shelf, your Finca La Cocoroca eggs arrive at peak freshness — never stored, never warehoused.
Refrigerate eggs immediately upon receipt. Store them in their original carton to prevent absorption of refrigerator odors. Properly refrigerated eggs remain fresh for up to 45 days from the collection date.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at (787) 326-0080 or email at orders@fincalacocoroca.com with a photo of the damaged carton. Weekly subscribers receive a full monetary refund. Bi-weekly and monthly subscribers receive replacement eggs on their next scheduled delivery.
